REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Before a Test Is Booked
You may request a refund at any time within 60 calendar days of your order, provided no test has been booked on your behalf. Contact us via WhatsApp: https://wa.me/447441944708
If you already had a DVSA booking before joining us and no booking work was carried out by us, you are eligible for a refund (minus payment provider fees).
If we created a fresh DVSA booking on your behalf, the £28 fresh booking processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — whether or not a cancellation is found, the search is paused or stopped, or you claim no work was done. This fee reflects actual administrative work already carried out.
After 60 days with no test booked, refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company. This does not affect your statutory rights.
14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days of your order. By placing your order, you request that we begin the Service immediately. If you cancel within 14 days:
• You may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided.
• The £28 fresh booking fee (if applicable) remains non-refundable.
• If a test has already been booked, the Service is fully performed and the right to cancel is lost.
After a Test Is Booked
No refunds are available once a test has been found and booked on your behalf. The Service is fully completed at this point.
This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, duplicate bookings, failure to attend, your own cancellation of the test, dissatisfaction with the date/time/centre, or failure to update your preferences in time.
Payment Provider Fees
Payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) do not return their transaction fees to us. These fees are always deducted from any refund, without exception. This is not a Company charge — it is a non-recoverable third-party cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed on scheduled refund days. Same-day refunds are not available under any circumstances. The refund amount will never exceed the original payment. Once issued by us, processing times are controlled by your bank/payment provider.
Working Hours and Processing Window
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UK time), excluding English public holidays.
All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp during Working Hours. Messages received outside Working Hours are deemed received at the start of the next working day.
All refund and cancellation requests require a minimum of 6 hours from receipt during Working Hours to be reviewed and actioned. If a driving test is found and booked on your behalf during this 6-hour window, the Service is considered fully completed and no refund will be available.
Our auto-booking system operates continuously and in real time, including outside Working Hours. We cannot guarantee that a refund request will be processed before the system acts on a matching test slot. It is your responsibility to submit requests as early as possible during Working Hours.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed where the Service was performed correctly, we will contest it with full evidence and may suspend your account, recover costs, and report the matter to fraud prevention agencies. Filing a chargeback does not release you from your obligations under the Terms of Service.
